Stir-fried Thousand Parsley

One pig tongue, clean it, and scald it with hot water to scrape off the white tongue coating.

Slice and marinate with cornstarch cooking wine for 20 minutes.

Cut parsley into sections and drain.

Shred the dried tofu skin and blanch it.

Add oil to the wok to heat up, sauté the shredded ginger and garlic rice, add the marinated pork tongue slices and stir-fry, then add a few drops of rice wine, stir-fry for 3 minutes, stir-fry with dried tofu shreds, and finally add parsley and stir-fry with sesame oil.
