Stir-fried Three Dice with Garlic Stalks

Wash the garlic sprouts, peel the carrots, and cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. The fungus is also cut into small dices. The size of diced chicken is about the same size as garlic sprouts.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion to fragrant when the oil is hot, pour in the bean paste and stir fry to get the red oil.
