Stir-fried Three Dings-leftovers

Broccoli roots, remove the outer skin, wash and cut into diced; potatoes and carrots are peeled, washed, and diced.

When the vegetable oil is hot, put the broccoli stalks, diced potatoes, and diced carrots in the pan and stir fry. Stir-fry the ones that are not easy to cook first, and fry the ones that are easy to cook later. These three are similar, so fry them together.

After broccoli stalks, diced potatoes, and diced carrots are fried until they are broken, add light soy sauce and stir fry for a few times, then add salt and chicken essence.
