Stir-fried Three Yellow Chicken

Prepare ginger garlic.

Cut potatoes and carrots into pieces with a hob.

Cut the onion into pieces.

Cut green peppers into pieces.

Three yellow chickens are chopped into small pieces, blanched, washed and dried for later use.

Bring carrots and potatoes to the boil and cook for three minutes.

Put a small amount of rapeseed oil in another oil pan, put in the prepared ginger garlic and rock sugar on low heat.

After the rock sugar is fried, turn on a high fire, and stir-fry three yellow chickens.

Stir-fry for 3 minutes, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, and a spoonful of yellow lantern hot sauce, add 2 spoons of dark soy sauce to color, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in boiling water just over the chicken, bring to a boil on high heat, and add appropriate amount of salt.

Add in the prepared carrots, potatoes and onions, add dried peppers, cover the pan and cover for 3 minutes, open the lid and stir-fry to collect the juice, add the green peppers and stir-fry for another minute to get out of the pan.
