Stir-fried Tofu

Cut the tofu into thin slices and cut into triangles with a knife.

Put the tofu in a bowl, pour 2 egg liquids and shake them evenly so that each egg liquid is wrapped on the tofu.

Prepare the red pepper and cut into small pieces and the shallots into sections.

Seasoning sauce: 3 scoops of water, 1 scoop of oyster sauce, 2 scoops of light soy sauce, 1 scoop of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of starch to make a sauce for later use.

Brush an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add tofu and fry slowly until golden brown on both sides.

In a separate pot, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, add the shallots and red pepper, stir fry to create a fragrance.

Pour in the tofu and stir-fry evenly, then pour in the pre-adjusted sauce and cook until it is sticky. Add the green onions before coming out of the pan and stir-fry evenly.

The tofu is especially delicious and served with rice.
