Stir-fried Tofu

Dried tofu is cut into small pieces; I usually buy three big pieces, that is, six square pieces.

Put oil in the pot, don't put too little, at least cover the entire bottom of the pot. Keep turning it until most of them are golden on both sides and are in a slightly puffy state.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and chili, and stir-fry evenly~

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and shake the pan quickly, so that each bean curd is evenly covered with light soy sauce, turn off the heat. (This process must be fast, the longest time is ten seconds)
