Stir-fried Tofu with Cabbage

The first step is to make oily tofu. After buying the tofu, control the moisture and cut it into small pieces, which can be cut at will according to personal preference.

Put more oil in the frying pan to get the tofu under. It is best to use a deeper frying pan. Put in the tofu cubes at a time. Slightly shake the pan to avoid sticking together. When the tofu floats, use the chopsticks to flick it until the tofu is deep-fried. The color is golden.

My little cabbage was planted by my neighbour's aunt. I just picked it and gave me a few. They were too few and not enough for frying. Just use them as a side dish. Let the water boil and blanch the water to remove the oxalic acid.

Put all the ingredients (except oil) in a bowl, mix well, cut some green onions and sauté.

Leave a little oil in the bottom of the pot and let the chopped green onion sauté, add the cabbage and stir fry.

Stir fry for one minute, add oil tofu and fry.

Pour in all the ingredients mixed in advance.

When the soup is almost harvested, turn off the heat and serve it on the plate.
