Stir-fried Tofu with Chives

Wash the tofu cubes and cut into small pieces with a knife.

Heat up the wok and add oil, add tofu cubes and stir fry.
3.
Stir-fry for about five minutes, add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Top with soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
5.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.

Stir-fried tofu cubes with chives.
