Stir-fried Tofu with Green Beans

Cut tofu into pieces.

Prepare light soy sauce with oyster sauce, sugar and starch water.

Fry or deep-fry the tofu, turn it into golden brown on both sides, and set aside.

Remove and drain the quick-frozen green beans after they are cooked.
5.
Pour all the seasonings in step 2 into a bowl and mix well.
6.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add tofu and green beans and stir fry.
7.
After adding the gravy, add the green onion, stir fry to taste and serve.
8.
Very good meal.
Tips:
The tofu is fried until golden on both sides; taste the saltiness later, add some salt if it feels light.
