Stir-fried Tofu with Green Pepper

Wash the soy rot, cut into small pieces, and put on a plate for later use.

Wash the green peppers and carrots separately and cut into small pieces for later use.

Pour the oil in the pot and heat it up, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, carrot slices, and green pepper slices and fry them until the aroma comes out. Add the tofu cubes.

Stir-fry repeatedly until the tofu moisture is almost dry, add the bean curd pepper.

The sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce, and sugar continue to be sautéed.

When there is not much marinade, add monosodium glutamate and stir evenly.

Take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
