Stir-fried Tofu with Leek

Cut tofu thickly. (The northern tofu used is usually bought and then cut into large pieces and steamed in the pot. Take it as you like)

Clean the leek.
3.
Cut the leek into sections.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the tofu first.
5.
Stir-fry tofu until slightly yellow
6.
Add the leek moss and stir quickly evenly.
7.
Season with a little salt and serve.
