Stir-fried Tofu with Mushroom Sauce

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Prepare green onion and ginger shreds.

Put a little oil in the pan, add the green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Tips:
Mushroom sauce itself has a salty taste and oil, so I add very little oil, and the salt can be left on or off, please adjust according to your own taste.
