Stir-fried Tofu with Parsley
1.
Cut celery into small pieces. The leaves can be added to the stir-fry, or you can save the chopped omelet, and put it in the bone broth.
2.
Dried tofu sliced well. Shred the lean meat and separate the fat and lean. Fry the lard with a little fat, and the fried dishes will be more fragrant.
3.
Shred the red pepper, and chop the garlic and green onions.
4.
Put a little oil in the pan, fry the garlic and green onions, add the diced fat and fry to get the oil.
5.
Then add the lean meat and stir-fry until the color changes, add appropriate amount of rice wine, braised sauce and stir-fry. If there is no braised sauce, you can use a little light soy sauce to increase the umami taste.
6.
Add dried tofu and celery, stir-fry well.
7.
Add shredded red pepper, stir-fry with a little refined salt, and then serve.
8.
Load the dish.
Tips:
You can blanch the parsley and dried tofu before sautéing.
