Stir-fried Tofu with Pork Liver and Baby Vegetables

Cut baby vegetables into small pieces. Shred the tofu bubble.

Marinate the pork liver with salted light soy sauce powder for ten minutes.

Put the oil in the pan and stir-fry the ginger and garlic.

Add the pork liver and stir fry. Fried pork liver requires fire. Stir it immediately and turn it out of the pot.
