Stir-fried Tofu with Tomatoes and Rape

Half a piece of soybean curd is about 200 grams, 1 tomato, half a catty of small rapeseed.

Wash the small rapeseed with a few drops of white vinegar. I don’t know how to blanch other small rapeseed. You can also scald it with boiling water.
