Stir-fried Tomatoes with Eggs and Shrimp

Peel and cut tomatoes. (I use a paring knife to peel it. It's fast and good, but it's only suitable for harder tomatoes. It won't work if it's too ripe or soft.)

Thaw the shrimp, squeeze the water, marinate with cooking wine, oil, cornstarch for 10 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, fry the shrimps until 7-8 minutes are cooked, set aside.
