Stir-fried Tomatoes with Tofu

Prepare ingredients: tofu, tomatoes. Wash the tomatoes, rinse the tofu gently with water, and then put it in a dish to drain the water.

Cut tomatoes into small pieces and chop chives.

Cut the tofu into four cubes, put it in a hot oil pan, and fry it golden on both sides over high heat.
