Tripe can invigorate the spleen and stomach. It is suitable for physical weakness, weak spleen and stomach, and indigestion after illness. This product can be used to cook porridge with coix seed, or add proper amount of orange peel and ginger to cook soup.

Stir-fried Tripe with Cabbage

1. Prepare the roots of cabbage

2. Vertical shred

3. Prepare tripe, cut into strips

4. After the pot is heated, pour oil, scallions, dried chili, and stir-fry with tripe and vinegar

5. Stir fry with cabbage

6. Add boiling water

7. After cooking, add salt and stir evenly
