Stir-fried Tripe with Mushrooms

Marinated beef tripe shreds.

Wash the green garlic and cut into sections.
3.
Tricholoma slices.
4.
Boil the mushrooms in a pot.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add the tripe shreds and stir fry.
6.
Continue to add the mushrooms and stir fry.
7.
Add soy sauce and simmer for a good taste.
8.
Finally, add the green garlic and stir fry until cooked.
