Stir-fried Udon Noodles with Beef and Vegetables

1. The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

2. Shred various side dishes, shred beef, add appropriate amount of starch and sesame oil, mix well.

3. Boil the udon noodles for 2 minutes, remove and drain the water for later use.

4. Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

5. Add the beef and stir fry quickly to change the color and cut off raw.

6. Add carrots and eryngii mushrooms and stir fry for 30 seconds.

7. Add the udon noodles and stir fry for 30 seconds.

8. Pour in some light soy sauce and stir fry for 10 seconds.

9. Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir fry for 10 seconds.

10. Add the green pepper and stir fry for 30 seconds.

11. Add salt and stir fry for 30 seconds to get out of the pot.

12. Beautiful and delicious!
