Stir-fried Udon Noodles with Chopped Pepper

Prepare the ingredients

Boil the soup pot with water, add the udon noodles and cook for 2 minutes, until the udon noodles become soft, remove the cold water, then drain the water and set aside.

When cooking the noodles, process the vegetables, cut the leek into sections, shred the red pepper, shred the ham, wash the soybean sprouts, and mince the green onion and ginger.

Add a little oil to the baking pan, add the chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add soybean sprouts, shredded ham and shredded red pepper and stir-fry. These are all cooked well and don't need to be fried for too long. Stir-fry for about half a minute and it will all soften.

Add the udon noodles just cooked and drizzle in all seasonings such as light soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add the leek segments and mix well again. There are more vegetables and less noodles, and it won't stick to the pot easily.

After the fried udon noodles, turn off the heat and add some minced garlic. It is very delicious and has a special appetite.
