Stir-fried Udon with Beef and Cilantro

First cut the beef into strips, then marinate with soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and oyster sauce.

Put water in a small pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add udon and boil slightly.

Reserve after passing the cold river.

Pour a little olive oil into the hot pan and pour the marinated beef.

Stir fry until the color changes.

Add the blanched udon and stir fry together.

Add a little soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Sprinkle a little black pepper.

Continue to stir fry evenly.

Then add coriander.

Stir well.

Finally, sprinkle a little green onion to turn off the heat.
