Fried Udon with Double Mushroom

Heat oil in a pot and pour into sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry pleurotus eryngii until softened
2.
Boil the udon with boiling water
3.
Add udon and stir fry, add green peppers and carrots
4.
Add light soy sauce, drizzle black pepper with a little water and stir fry until the soup is dry
5.
Finished product
