Stir-fried Vegetables

Wash the dishes. I grow it in my own home, which is particularly healthy and delicious.

Sliced vegetables.

Boil water in a pot and boil the vegetables.

The blanching time does not need to be too long, just three minutes, and then beat out and drain the water.

Put oil in the pot. Add ginger and garlic in oil and stir fry.

Add children's dishes. Sprinkle salt and add light soy sauce. stir fry.

Stir fry all the time. Stir-fried until cooked, it is easy to cook the dish.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Stir fry out of the pot.
