Stir-fried Vegetables

Ingredients: Soybean Sprouts, Choy Sum

Soy bean sprouts remove the roots and soak for a while

Wash the choy sum and soybean sprouts, scoop up and drain the water

The garlic cloves are flattened and peeled quickly

Heat up a pan, add some oil, add minced garlic and sauté

Pour down the choy sum and soybean sprouts and stir fry for a while.

Pour in oyster sauce and continue to stir fry
8.
Add salt, a little chicken powder, and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Keep sautéing vegetables on a high fire all the time. Soybean sprouts need to be cut with scissors to remove the roots. This is more time-consuming than careful work, and everything else can be handled quickly.
