Stir-fried Vegetables with Chicken Gizzards

Ingredients: chicken gizzards (washed and cooked), green vegetables (washed and cut)

Place the blanched chicken gizzards on the cutting board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut vegetables and stir fry until cooked.

Then, combine the sliced chicken gizzards and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
6.
Add the right amount of sugar.
7.
Add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.
