Stir-fried Vegetables with Ham

Slice the ham, shred the onion and pepper, break the cauliflower into small flowers, blanch the water and cool, mince the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Start the pot and cook oil, and stir in the hot pot with cold oil and stir-fry the chives, ginger, garlic.

Add sausage slices, stir fry thirteen incense.

Add the shredded onion and stir fry.

Add green peppers and stir fry.

Stir-fry the blanched cauliflower.

Add seafood soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fresh shellfish to enhance the flavor, and dark soy sauce to color.

Stir fry evenly.

Add oyster sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken powder.
10.
Stir fry over high heat out of the pot.

Plate.

Serve.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
