Southerners rarely cook this kind of breakfast. This is a pimple soup made by teacher Xuemei. Not to mention, the taste is really delicious. A bowl will immediately warm the whole body in the cold winter.

Tomato and Egg Pimple Soup

1. Ingredients: flour, chicken sausage, egg, tomato, green onion, coriander

2. Wash tomatoes, peel and dice, dice chicken sausages, wash and chop coriander and green onions separately

3. Beat the eggs, mix the flour with a little salt, scoop up the water with a spoon in your left hand and slowly drip it into the batter, pick up the chopsticks in your right hand and keep stirring the batter until the flour is lumpy (don’t pour in the water all at once, otherwise it will become Dough)

4. Heat a pan, add some oil, and stir fry the tomatoes

5. Stir-fry until the tomatoes are out of the sand and add the chicken sausage

6. Add enough water, cover the pot and boil on high heat

7. After the soup is boiled, pour in the gnocchi, wait for a while before gently stirring it from the bottom with a spatula, so as not to muddy the bottom

8. Add egg liquid

Tips:

When making gnocchi, stir while adding water. Do not pour the water all at once. It is best to use a spoon to scoop up the water and work with both hands at the same time.
