Stir-fried Vegetables with Homemade Eggs

Beat two eggs into a bowl and stir well. The tomatoes, cucumbers and onions are peeled and sliced.

Put sunflower oil in the wok. When the oil is hot, scramble the eggs first, then add the tomatoes, and then add the onions and fry for a while, add a little cucumber, a little salt, and a little pepper. Fry it for a while and it will be fine.

When cooking, there is no need to fire, no water, and less salt. It's basically the original flavor. Don't stir-fry the dishes too softly. Tomatoes are harder now, so it takes a little longer to fry.
