Stir-fried Vegetables with Mushrooms

Break the greens and soak in water for half an hour in advance.

Cut the greens into sections with an oblique knife.
3.
Slice the mushrooms and set aside.
4.
Slice ginger and crush garlic.
5.
Raise the pot to heat oil, add ginger and garlic to explode the aroma.

Add mushroom slices and stir-fry until raw.
7.
Add the greens and continue to stir fry.
8.
Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little white pepper, chicken bouillon, and salt to taste. Stir fry over high heat to taste.
9.
Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.
