Stir-fried Vegetables with Mushrooms

Slice the shiitake mushrooms, blanch them in a pot of boiling water, remove them and set aside.

Wash the vegetables and set aside.

Put the oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, add the green onion and ginger, stir fry and stir fragrant.

Pour the shiitake mushrooms.

Pour the greens and stir fry.

Add oyster sauce, a small amount of salt, and stir-fry evenly. (Shiitake mushrooms have a fresh fragrance, so you don’t need to put too many other seasonings)
