Stir-fried Vegetables with Mushrooms

Wash the vegetables, cut into sections, wash the mushrooms, and soak them in a moderate amount of warm water for 30 minutes.

Boil the mushrooms in boiling water for 5 minutes and remove.

Heat oil in the pot, put down the minced garlic and sauté.

Add green vegetables and stir fry.

When the vegetables are a little faint, put down the mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add some water to soak the mushrooms.
7.
Add some salt and season the chicken essence.
Tips:
Don't pour the water used to soak the mushroom, you can put it in the greens and stir fry together.
