Stir-fried Vegetables with Oyster Mushroom and Square Sausage

Wash the vegetables and cut into sections, remove impurities and wash the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, and cut the square sausage into strips.

Heat the oil in the pan, put down the ground ginger and sauté.

Put down the oyster mushrooms, fry them until they become wilted, and serve.

Heat the oil in the pan, put down the greens and stir fry.

When the vegetables wilt, put down the oyster mushrooms.

Put the sausage below and stir fry.

Add salt, chicken essence and stir well.
Tips:
If it is too dry, add some water.
