Stir-fried Vegetables with Shredded Fermented Bean Curd

Wash the vegetables and chop them into sections for later use.

Shred the red pepper and set aside, smash the minced garlic, put the fermented bean curd in a bowl, pour some fermented bean curd juice and mash it for later use.
