Stir-fried Vermicelli with Cauliflower

Ingredients: cauliflower, vermicelli, shiitake mushrooms, green onion, ginger and garlic (you can put some dried chilies, I put it later).

Soak the mushrooms.

Soak the broken flowers of cauliflower in salt water for half an hour, and then drain the water.

Wash the vermicelli and drain the water.

Wash the green onion, ginger, garlic and soaked shiitake mushrooms, cut and set aside.

In a frying pan, sauté the chives, ginger, garlic and dried chilies.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

A spoonful of chopped chili sauce.
9.
Add the cauliflower and stir fry.
10.
When the cauliflower turns slightly yellow, the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil consumption, cumin powder and water are over the cauliflower.
11.
The cauliflower becomes soft, and the vermicelli is added.
12.
Add some salt and chicken essence to taste.
