Stir-fried Vermicelli with Soy Sauce King Seafood

1. The vermicelli is soaked in water first; the squid tube is cut into circles or pieces; the carrot is shredded, and the green onion is cut into sections;

2. Boil water, blanch the soaked vermicelli for a while until soft, and drain;

3. Heat oil in the pot;

4. Add shrimp and squid rings and fry until cooked;

5. Add carrot shreds and stir fry for about 1 minute;

6. Add vermicelli and stir fry evenly;

7. Finally, steam the fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to taste.

Tips:

No need to use salt or anything else, just these three steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil seasoning and stir-fry are already great~

The oyster sauce uses the Hong Kong version of premium oyster sauce, the taste is really different, fresh and delicious~

Fans, the mung bean fans I use, don’t blanch them with boiling water too early, they will stick to balls~

You can also replace it with rice noodles~ Yummy…
