Stir-fried Watercress
1.
Remove the old stems of watercress and wash
2.
Pick up and drain the water
3.
Frying pan
4.
Add watercress
5.
Stir fry until nine mature
6.
Add salt and stir well
7.
Add a little more oil and fry until soft and cooked
Tips:
1. Watercress is better cooked softer
2. Add some oil after cooking, the vegetables will be more shiny
