Stir-fried Watermelon Peel

Finely chop garlic.

Cut green pepper into sections.

Cut the watermelon rind into thin slices, the reddish ones will be more sweet.

Stir-fry the watermelon rind under hot oil.

After two minutes, add green pepper and garlic, pour in light soy sauce and salt.
