Stir-fried Western Lettuce with Lotus Root

One western lettuce, one sweet pepper, blanched lotus root slices, one green onion.

Soak the shredded lettuce with a little white vinegar for a while and wash it.

Control dry and reserve.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat a pan and add some oil to fry the chopped green onion.

Add blanched lotus root slices and stir fry.
