Stir-fried White Beans with Pork Head

Wash the pork neck and cut into strips. Marinate lightly with light soy sauce, sugar, wine and cornstarch.

Cut it up and set aside.

Add oil to fragrant ginger, onion and garlic, stir-fry pork neck a few times.

Add white beans and mix well, add water or stock. Cook until the white beans are drizzled.

You can add a little chicken powder to season before serving.
