Stir-fried White Cowpeas with Green Peppers

1. The ingredients are shown in the picture

2. Cut the cowpea into sections

3. Sliced ginger

4. Garlic slices

5. Cut scallions into sections

6. Cut green peppers

7. Put the right amount of cooking oil in the hot pot

8. Add onion, ginger, garlic, green pepper and sauté
