Stir-fried White Jade Mushroom with Pork Belly with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: cooked pork belly (cut), white jade mushroom (washed), pickled vegetables (washed)

Put the washed pickled vegetables on the chopping board and chop them.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the cut cooked pork belly and stir fry.

Next, stir-fry the washed white jade mushrooms and the sliced pickled vegetables.

Then, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.
