Stir-fried White Jade Mushrooms with Cherry Tomatoes

Remove the roots of white jade mushroom and wash.

The cherry tomatoes are blanched in boiling water and cut in half.

Wash the green peppers, plant them, and cut them into pieces.
4.
Blanch the white jade mushrooms and remove the water to drain.
5.
Heat the pan, pour the oil and stir-fry the white jade mushrooms a few times.
6.
Pour in a little light soy sauce and stir well.
7.
Add cherry tomatoes and stir-fry for juice.
8.
Add green peppers and stir fry until broken.
9.
Add salt chicken essence to taste.
10.
Serve ready to serve.
