Stir-fried Wild Porcini Mushrooms

Use fresh porcini mushrooms, clean them up in normal steps, and then boil hot water to blanch them for 1-2 minutes to soften.

After blanching, remove and soak in cold water for three days, changing the water twice a day. After three days of soaking, it will not be bitter.

The oil should be more oily in the pan. Pour the ginger, garlic and chili, stir fry, and then almost fry the aroma and pour the porcini mushrooms. Stir-fry for about a minute, add a little cooking wine soy sauce and stir-fry for about a minute. Finally, add salt and chicken essence and chopped green onion to serve.
