Stir-fried Winter Bamboo Shoots with Chopped Pepper and Bacon

Winter bamboo shoots are crispy and can be sliced easily. They can be boiled in water for 3 to 5 minutes.

It is very easy to slice after cooking. Oxalic acid in winter bamboo shoots can be removed by boiling and soaking.

200g winter bamboo shoots, 45g bacon, a spoonful of red pepper, appropriate amount of ginger, onion and garlic, a little garlic leaves
