Stir-fried Winter Melon

Wash the winter melon, cut into pieces, shred the ginger, and prepare the dried shrimp skin

Heat oil in the pot, sauté the peppercorns into the pot (take out the peppercorns), add the shrimp skins

Stir-fry the shrimp skins until you smell the fragrance, add water, and pour in the cut winter melon

Tips:
You can also add some sliced garlic before it is out of the pot. Don't put too much salt. One is not good for the body, and the other is that the dish is not tasty if there is too much salt.
