Stir-fried Xiuzhen Mushroom with Minced Meat and Red Pepper

1. Ingredients: Xiuzhen mushrooms (cleaned), red peppers (stemmed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut open), minced meat.

2. Add the right amount of cooking wine to the minced meat.

3. Mix well.
