Stir-fried Yam

Carrots and green radishes are peeled, washed, and sliced for later use.

Use a mold to cut them into various patterns.
3.
Soak the yam slices in cold water and remove them for later use.
4.
Put olive oil in the pot, saute the shallots, pour in all the ingredients, stir-fry quickly, add salt and white vinegar, and serve.
