Stir-fried Yam

1. Iron rod yam from a friend

2. Things are really good! Make a lot of it! Ha ha!

3. Good material handling! Soak in the water! spare!

4. Seasoning, handle it! spare!

5. After blanching the yam, soak in cold water! spare!

6. After blanching the bitter gourd, soak it in cold water! spare!

7. Yam and bitter gourd control dry water!

8. Put a little cooking oil in the wok, heat it up, put green onion, ginger, garlic and shredded pepper! Stir fry for a fragrance!

9. Put in the controlled yam and bitter gourd! Stir fry fast!
