Stir-fried Yam Beans

1. Clean the yam beans.

2. Cut dried chili into sections, slice garlic, shred ginger, and mince garlic leaves.

3. Boil water in a pot, add yam beans and cook for ten minutes until the yam beans are cooked.

4. Remove the drain.

5. Heat oil in a pot, add dried chili, shredded ginger, and garlic slices and stir fragrant.

6. Add yam beans and stir fry a few times.

7. Add a small spoon of soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

8. Add half a spoon of oyster sauce.

9. Add pepper and stir fry evenly.

10. Season with salt.

11. Add chicken essence.

12. Add garlic leaves and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.
